CMIM Connect is an innovative and essential application designed for beneficiaries of the Moroccan Interprofessional Mutual Insurance Fund (CMIM) to facilitate access to the services and benefits offered by CMIM.

In addition to its user-friendly interface and compliance with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, CMIM Connect offers the following features:

• A dedicated space for your profile and eligible dependents: Users can directly modify information related to themselves and their dependents, subject to approval by CMIM services concerning these changes.
• A benefits request portal: The latest technology has been employed to enable users to submit requests directly, including reimbursement claims for medical or dental expenses, approval requests, coverage authorizations, long-term illness declarations, and supplementary documentation. Responses and relevant documents related to these requests are accessible within your personal CMIM Connect space as soon as they are available.
• A communication and contact interface: Emphasizing connectivity and user interaction, beneficiaries can directly communicate with CMIM for various inquiries beyond benefit claims. This includes submitting information requests, complaints, or suggestions aimed at improving service delivery. Users may also attach photos or documents to support their messages.
• A tracking and consultation system: Thanks to the integration of CMIM Connect with CMIM management systems, users can consult the status and progress of their requests in real time. This system reflects a high level of operational efficiency recognized by ACAPS as one of the best in the market. Additionally, all correspondence related to beneficiaries or their dependents issued by CMIM is accessible through this platform.
• A fully digitized solution: CMIM Connect ensures secure transfer of documents in photo format to expedite processing, reducing the need for physical visits and long wait times while saving users valuable time.

Note: In accordance with Articles 23 and subsequent provisions of Law 09-08, promulgated by Dahir N° 1-09-15 of 22 Safar 1430, CMIM implements all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of collected and processed personal data. This includes preventing unauthorized alteration, damage, or disclosure to third parties, maintaining a security level appropriate to the risks associated with data processing and the nature of the protected information.
